​McCracken Chiropractic & Wellness Center is one of the most complete chiropractic facilities in the Seattle area. Our goal is to provide comprehensive personal care in a safe, healthy, and natural approach to medicine. Rather than treat the symptoms of pain, our focus is on correcting the cause, helping your nervous system to perform at it's best.

Your initial appointment will likely be similar to those with any doctor. We will review your medical history, discuss what has brought you to the office and of course treat you BUT more is coming your way! Dr. McCracken and Dr. Maxwell will provide education and homework for causes and prevention of future issues in addition to a plan of care. They will review the limitations and benefits of chiropractic care, and address any questions/concerns regarding your care within our office.

We have a shared space with 'Roommates' aka additional providers who are amazing at what they do! We work together as a team to offer patients the best care possible. Services offered include physical therapy, massage therapy, naturopathic care, acupuncture, and Rolfing.
Integration of the Graston Technique and Recovery Pump as additional therapy tools are utilized to aid patient's with muscle soreness and a quicker recovery.

Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Training
McCracken Chiropractic offers Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFR) as a clinically guided approach to rehabilitation and strength development.

Our exercise programs are built around proper core movement patterns and sound biomechanics, with an emphasis on form to develop strength, muscular endurance, and VOâ‚‚ max.

During BFR training, specialized cuffs are placed proximally on the arms, legs, or both, depending on the treatment plan. These cuffs partially restrict blood flow during exercise and rest periods. This controlled restriction stimulates increased growth hormone production, allowing patients to build strength and promote healing while using significantly lighter loads.

BFR provides the benefits of high-intensity training without the risks associated with heavy lifting. Its low-load, high-effect nature makes it an effective rehabilitation tool that minimizes joint stress and reduces cardiovascular strain while supporting faster recovery.​​​​​
The Pain Cave: Rehab & Strength Training
​The Pain Cave is our dedicated rehab and performance training space designed for patients who want to move better, get stronger, and recover smarter. This is where clinical rehab meets structured training.
Whether you are recovering from injury, rebuilding strength, or transitioning from rehab to performance, the Pain Cave offers a controlled, results-driven setting that supports safe progress without unnecessary wear on the body.
