Our gym is for anyone and everyone wanting to train smarter and safer. Whether you're recovering from an injury, building towards new strength goals, or just simply trying to move better, our focus is on identifying what’s holding you back and retraining your body to function the way it should.

With the integration of BStrong’s BFR training cuffs, The Pain Cave offers a safer, more efficient way to recover and rebuild strength. By breaking down your mechanics and explaining why certain habits develop, we help you to rebuild better movement patterns, so you feel stronger, more stable, and more confident in your daily life.​​

Pain Cave (noun):
The mental/physical point in a hard workout where quitting feels easiest. 

 

We chose the name Pain Cave because real progress happens when you’re guided through challenges, not when you avoid them or push too far. The foundation of our training is proper movement and maintaining control.

 

Focusing on core mechanics leads to better strength, improved endurance, and greater confidence so you can handle more, both in the gym and in everyday life.

We are located at 264 Central Way in downtown Kirkland, WA
Our office entrance is located on Central Way next to SolarYou Yoga.   

Patient Parking

Our parking is located off Central Way, just past 3rd Street. Turn right into the first driveway, and you’ll see parking on the right reserved for McCracken Chiropractic. Free 2-hour street parking is also available on Central Way in front of the office.
